Hey y’all, let’s get into this chicken picata. And if you have a big family, you definitely want to make this. This is only three chicken breasts, cut thin angel hair pasta. I used some soul seasoning, garlic, lemon pepper, and some chicken buan for my seasoning. Fled it up and got in the pan with olive oil and butter. Seared it on both sides. Remember, this is thin cut chicken, so you only want to cook it for about 4 minutes each side. Then remove it from the pan. Add more butter, onions, garlic, chicken broth, freshsqueezed lemon, and some lemon zest. Then add in your capers, and sundried tomatoes. Next, you’re going to add in your heavy whipping cream. Give that a real good mix. Then just put your chicken right back in the pan, and it’s done, y’all. Let this cook for about 4 minutes, and this is super good. Top it with some more soul seasoning, parsley. I served mine with angel hair pasta, but you can serve yours with rice, potatoes, or with anything you want, or just have it by itself. is super good, y’all. And this is how it went down in Club Kitchen.

Yumm is right ❤
It looks so good! I love that you made it from scratch! So many people are still using condensed soups, which I gave up years ago. Tfs.
Merry Christmas blessings…
