I'm new to the Kamado Joe scene. Picked up a Konnected Joe for $750 at Home Depot. I bought the stainless fish grate and soapstone and wanted to store them properly. I picked to a Keter 30 gallon deck box @ Sam's Club for $45 and a pot lid organizer for $14 @ Amazon. I think it's perfect !!

There’s alot of wasted space by doing that this way. You could technically lean all of the grates along the side and still have room to fit 2 bags of 25lb charcoal in there

Looks good, that’s what I have in my cabinet as well as the high temp gloves, fire starters, temp probes, blower, etc.

  3. I just received my first kamado, BJ1, and I was thinking of something very similar to this because I plan on getting the full griddle and the Joetisserie. I already have the pizza stone and a large round shallow drip tray for a double indirect setup. Ideally I would find one that also fits one or two bags of charcoal as well as gloves, meat thermometers, fire starters, wood chunks, etc.

Yeah, I’m not done yet, have the expander and gloves to put in as well.
