I grew up on corned beef hash fried rice. It’s still my comfort food and I love it!

As a Mexican, our breakfast meals, or any time meals is huevos con weenies (eggs with sausage) or with chorizo, potatoes, ham, etc. and with frijoles and tortillas. Some salsa. It’s godlike. If I ever become a millionaire, this would still be my go to comfort foods

The hash needs to be fried really really hard. Leave it down flat for the final 5min and invert it onto a plate so you get a perfect crispy layer. Eggs on top(preferably fried) and that moves this from shitty food to food porn and you dont need to move your spatula for the last ~4min of this exercise and have time for activities!
