
I was afraid to try this but so glad I did! Delish! Surprised by bright orange color. Do wish it was in olive oil instead. (Why canola? To save money?) Thought I’d share for anyone hesitating to try it. (I also love Trader Joe’s salmon and mussels.)

Agreed on the olive oil, canola oil absolutely ruins it for me
The lightly smoaked salmon is really good too

All of their tinned seafood is good, especially the muscles. (Mussels)
This is what started my loved for canned fish
But it’s soo goodddd!! I love their salmon as well. Def worth trying out
Canola is a neutral oil and with smoked products or those with more delicate flavors, you don’t wanna use EVOO as it’ll just overpower the flavors. In industrial quantities, EVOO is still more expensive but not that much more.
Seems like more oil than meat.
