Another excellent tin from Jose Gourmet, I've enjoyed everything I've tried from them! Really fat, dense small fishies here. Reminded me a lot of garfish. The oil had a very nice heat to it, some actual capsaicin heat there although it doesn't penetrate the fish very well, still very good to dunk the fish in and drizzle onto my sandwich. Added some lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro on a toasted roll and had an excellent lunch!

the little salad over it makes it look so nice ! I should try to get less lazy with my sardines, for me putting some lemon juice is already so much work :))
