tl;dr: owners focusing on e-commerce because that’s grown big for them, new restaurant should be similar with different management, keeping the staff, rebel cheese products will be available, sale on stuff before they close 3pm Christmas Eve.
Ahhh! Rebel cheese is a great little spot. I hope whoever moves in there is just as awesome and plant based.
