I’ve been wanting to make this Rudolph set for a few years and I finally did it! I made four sets to give to friends. I make the chocolate mint cutouts—the trees and snowflakes—every year (they are delicious)!

All so beautiful…& you’re a”hobbist”???? I put Guinness reductions in my chocolate cookies. I’d love to do a take on GS thin mint, but afraid of making a choc toothpaste flavor. Will you share what mint you use & how much?
