Ingredients mostly from Trader Joe’s, but I’m a sucker for the Velveeta Wiz type cheese sometimes. Don’t come for me. Wish we had better rolls in my area, but at least the TJ’s shaved steak is great.

Looks tasty. May I suggest a bolillo roll? That one looks a tad crusty for a cheesesteak though best believe I would house it lol
