Inclusions are Oreo thins and Christmas-colored sprinkles!

Recipe: 100g starter, 350g warm filtered water, 500g bread flour, 10g salt. Let sit 1 hour then S&F every 30 minutes, adding inclusions during second set. Bulk fermented on the counter for 6.5 hours then cold proofed in the fridge for about 16 hours. Baked at 450 with lid on for 30 minutes then lowered to 425 for 25 more minutes. Cooled for 1 hour before slicing (longest hour ever 😭)
