Best stores to buy tinned sardines?

I live in N. Austin/Cedar Park, but venture downtown. Looking to buy my French stepdad a variety of high quality tinned sardines. I do not eat them myself and the only thing I know is that FishWife is an overpriced repackager. Please help 🙏🏻
