So I wanted the cinnamon rolls to drive sandwich sales and boy did they! I thought my dreams were unrealistic, but the response has blown me out of the water! My timbers are shivered and my ghasts are flabbered (all credit for that joke goes to my wife)!! Rain is going to make sales on the street this week an issue, HOWEVER, I have 2 ideas that I think would be super fun! First, I have had one or two people ask me about selling just the bread, so I was thinking I could sell the whole loaves for pick-up this weekend (I can only do 15 loaves) and I was thinking I could do whole trays of the cinnamon rolls (I think my limit is 6 trays), both ready for pickup on Sunday.

The second thing I want to do, is Thanksgiving sides and desserts! Also available for pickup the morning of Thanksgiving, on the 27th

SO, the food for this weekend, available for pickup in Los Feliz:

Whole loaf of my cross between sourdough and Japanese milk bread pull-apart loaves – $15

Tray of Browned Butter Apple Cider Cinnamon Rolls with a Maple Apple Cider glaze and flaky black Hawaiian lava salt (9 rolls) – $25, add an extra pint container of the double apple cinnamon filling $15
