Did the potato osmosis lab for one of my classes at home and ended up with some strange potato scraps. That's sriracha, not ketchup (though ketchup was added after the photo was taken).

Looks like a bottle of ketchup rawdogged all four of that potato’s holes and left in an uber before the potato could even clean up.

I was relieved to read the word potato. Thought these were some larvae or dehydrated mice carcasses or some shit like that

The sriracha makes it look like the potato is bleeding, had to do a double take as I was scrolling past lmao

That’s not lab, it isn’t even meat!

This looks like some sort of nightmare insect meal from a David Cronenberg movie, or perhaps a Polish surrealist painter.

What exactly is a potato osmosis lab?

And this is a question coming from someone who is a professional biologist

I understand that it is a universal policy that food that are meant for human consumption should NOT enter laboratories, but I have yet to hear of a policy that forbids food from labs to be carried out of the vicinity to then be consumed.

You can eat it sure, everything’s edible once. But, you sure your potato doesnt have cancer?
