There is overlap between pasta and noodles, but they are different things. (Not all pasta are noodles, not all noodles are pasta).

I’ve tried to like those noodles so many times. I just can’t stand the texture or taste 😒 yuck my roommate is Taiwanese and she makes them pretty often with shrimp and the dish smells delicious but every time I try them it’s such a huge disappointment 😞 but I kinda think it’s her cooking, so I need to give em another try from a real Chinese chef.
