
i know it's not very unique or creative, but it is insanely good and filling for less than 200 calories. i've had this for breakfast every day for the past week because it is so good. it's just shredded lettuce, sliced and steamed carrots and broccoli, and about 3.5oz of chicken breast. i think the salt on the veggies is what makes it so good but regardless – it's wonderful. i also don't count lettuce calories but i would say it's about a cup of shredded iceberg.
