Everything else on the plate was great too. The tomato was cooked really well, a lot of places seem to struggle with that…
I know the sausages look cremated but I promise they’re not. They were full of flavour and wonderfully moist inside. I tried to upload a second picture to show the inside of the sausage but the photo limit is 1 on here.
