
2lb meat – mix of your choice:
turkey, beef, pork, or bison
Meat mixture with 1/2 cup bread crumbs, sprinkle of mozz, worcestershire, one egg, salt and pepper
Squeeze out and dry a cup or two of spinach, mix with an equal amount shredded mozz, a bit of ricotta if you have it
Sauté in butter half sweet onion chopped, cup of Bella mushrooms (optional), salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
Layer meat, cheesy spinach and onions, and roll with parchment paper
Bake 1 hour at 350, put a layer of ketchup on top half way through
