This is attempt 2. The first attempt I forgot to add milk so it ended up being egg on toast (which I didn’t want). But I fixed it and attempt 2 was delicious.

Good work trying something on your own!

Nice job! Evenly cooked all around. Try a little vanilla extract next time and hit it with some powdered sugar.

Solid job, I burnt my first attempt to heck, but yours looks good!

Boy I gotta tell you…there’s almost nothing I love so much as french toast. It’s so satisfying, and even bad french toast is somehow still pretty edible. Also, it’s not easy to do well. Congratulations

French toast cries for maple syrup! But good going. Try it many ways: icing sugar, nutmeg, blueberries, with other berries or grapes, etc.

I’ve been cooking for myself for years, and sometimes, for whatever reason, good French toast eludes me.

On my feed, I have a huge, sort of close up, of your French toast.

I wouldn’t change a thing. The amount of brown and lighter toast, the little crispy edges: very nice.

Delicious! Everyone is saying cinnamon and vanilla in the mix. That’s all well and good. But the secret is adding a bit of orange juice to the batter. It’s been my special ingredient I’ve done for all my friends and they love it.

Good job. Keep trying to make new things. Especially things you would never think you could make.
