Figured seeing all the business class meals that I should post my economy meal. This was the upgraded meal that you can purchase as an add on for economy if you fly out of Narita.
Was seared tuna, tilefish simmered in mushrooms and veggies, soup, and then a strawberry cream dessert thing.

Also amazing. Did you have access to the same +/- snacks as Business?
To be clear, this is a **special** premium economy meal, not economy.
Edit: I’m dumb. Flew out of Haneda not Narita
