Fried Bologna Heaven

3 slices of thick fried bologna, slices of melted cheddar between and a Kraft single on top, with mustard, ketchup and pickles. I thot I died and gone to heaven. Slept for hours

    I prefer getting thick-cut slices from the deli over stacking, but this definitely works too.

    My father made me breakfast every morning (he was retired Navy) and fried bologna was a regular.. love it on occasion, but not too often.

    I know I’m going to get downvoted for this but, I feel bad for people that don’t have access to pork roll/Taylor ham. It’s what bologna is trying to be. But I guess for most people it’s the sentimentality.
