
Large Greek salad for dinner.
Trader Joe’s with some added dolmadakia (stuffed grape leaves) pita crackers, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, a hard boiled egg and Greek Sheep’s Milk Feta. An extra splash of Imported Greek olive oil as well. 😋 😋
The Trader Joe’s Greek salad has lettuce, cabbage, red peppers, onion, mashed feta and cucumber.
I’m eating 2 meals a day. Brunch and dinner and trying to make mindful healthy choices.
Let me know what you think.
I might make this a daily meal. Maybe add some chicken or tuna or lean grilled steak for added protein.
