habanero question

This habanero plant seems to be doing OK. It is winter in Colorado so there is less light, but it has a heating pad to keep the soil warm and is indoors next to a window with a grow light. Plenty of blossoms and still setting/ripening fruit.

But I’m wondering if I should be concerned about the leaf drop in the mid branch/stem regions.
