    Just get the shoulder steak. Or loin. Walmart had loins for 2.14/lb. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes.

    My local shop sells those, they call em “bone-in rib ends” ultimately a pork rib eye. I like to pan sear and finish in the oven if they are thick. They also come out great with a cold sear if you’re feeling lazy. I probably have them 2 or 3x per month.
