
Hi there! I totally have no time for cooking, but try to do something, so today lunch – buckwheat with roasted turkey and vegetables
P.S… lately I roast big pieces of turkey (i add spices to the piece of meat, wrap it in foil, and bake it for 45 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes, depending on the thickness, at 180 °C)…and use them for bowls, tortillas or sandwiches. Everyone can add their own spices or sauces, and the kids like it too (it’s important for me) – aaand one tip from here btw – after roasting, let the turkey cool in the oven without opening the door, and it stays very juicy!!

Thanks for this. I was just thinking I have no idea how to make a quick Mediterranean meal from what I have in the fridge…I have all these things.
