I always stayed away from Focaccia, convinced it must be complicated and difficult, so I never even thought of trying it.😨

Recently, I finally decided to give it a shot – and honestly, I laughed at myself! I had been scared of one of the easiest bread recipes ever. 😆

Soft, airy, beautifully dimpled, and so forgiving. Now, if you ask me to make focaccia every single day, my answer would happily be yes!
