This is a jalapeno plant I am overwintering in the garage. I cut off the leaves on the others I am overwintering but I wanted to leave them on this plant to see which rebounded faster in the spring.
Is this plant ruined? I treated it with neem oil after I noticed this. Let me know if I need to do anything else.

This is the solution I use, also maybe change the top soil. But indoors they’re a bitch with the lack of natural predators
Squish them all, check daily. Keep squishing. Aphids love indoor pepper plants.
1 part vinegar 3 parts water give em a good spray all over just before dark, repeat every few days.
