That cherrywood smoke is excellent cheese. I often find that smoked cheeses are too chemical in nature. This one is not. Flavourful with just the right amount of smoke, which enhances without overwhelming.

The top one with the cow. I got the imperial stout. Really good. Nice subtle after rate of Guinness. Creamy cheddar too

It always amazes me that a store like Aldi that has a limited selection due its small size always has a massive cheese wall filled with exotic cheeses

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but that Stilton looks nowhere near as good as what we have in the UK, also don’t see the PDO sticker on it, so it may not even be real Stilton. Looks like they’re sending you the subpar stuff. See if you can find an aged Stilton from Long Clawson or Colston Bassett

If they have the montamore by sartori it’s excellent. I usually clean out the entire box when I see it. Cheese shops have it at around $8 and aldi it’s 3-4
