Any tasting menus in Toronto or GTA that feature Vietnamese food? I was hoping to take family for a fine dining experience or adjacent, and figured something familiar would be easier for him to understand and appreciate.
Picture is from Moon Rabbit in DC, which had a really cool Vietnamese tasting menu (like banh mi inspired eclair, or pandan bread with Vietnamese coffee butter). It would be amazing to find something similar here!
