Ordered beef belly kushiyaki with togarashi and salt (1st pic), and a spicy salmon roll with fried shiso on top (2nd pic).
Will definitely come back to try more of their kushiyaki and rolls. I saw gizzard and king oyster mushrooms on the menu, but I was getting pretty full. Never had fried shiso before, but it's so good. There's a fragrance (?) I can't really explain.

Those kushiyaki look fantastic — beef belly with salt and togarashi is such a classic combo.
Fried shiso on the salmon roll is a great touch too; it has that really unique herbal aroma that’s hard to describe but addictive.
Nice balance overall, I’d definitely go back for the gizzard and king oyster mushrooms as well.
Looks so good. Spicy salmon rolls are my favourite.
