The Yellowbird Habanero is my all time fav but the Local Hive is damned good too for a sweet sauce. As much as I like green chiles, the hatch is mediocre but I’m going to power through it. Good flavor but no spice.

I’ve actually seen Yellow Bird at the store. And I’ve seen it multiple times on Reddit. May have to give it a shot.

Have a bottle of Yellowbird ghost pepper in the fridge. It’s a delicious sauce, but not hot. Nicely warm. They appeal to a larger group, sales can go up. I’ve gone from Blair’s Death to After Death. Also being delivered tomorrow is Yellowbird ‘the hottest one’.
