Is my boss gaslighting me?

I sent him this photo and he says that 'It's not mold, it's just soiled heavily.'. But like….. dirt isnt green? There was standing water down there from the pipe nkt draining properly that didn't get cleaned immediately. The health department came and looked at it but the health inspector is good friends with one of the owners of the shop and my boss said that was the only reason we passed 😭
