Looking for Taco Salad in NYC

On a trip to Orlando, I had an amazing Taco Ensalada, a fresh salad served in a crispy tortilla bowl. As a vegetarian, I have been trying to find a good Mexican or Tex-Mex place that offers a similar vegetarian taco salad in a tortilla bowl. I would really appreciate any recommendations. This bowl had Fried flour tortilla shell, shredded lettuce, Chihuahua cheese, Mexican cream, pico de gallo & queso dip.
