This is a jalapeno plant I am overwintering in the garage. I cut off the leaves on the others I am overwintering but I wanted to leave them on this plant to see which rebounded faster in the spring.
Is this plant ruined? I treated it with neem oil after I noticed this. Let me know if I need to do anything else.

If it’s only a handful of leaves, I would just blast the aphids away with some water and keep checking over the next week or so to see if they return
A massage of dish soap suds is like a nuke to bugs. Wash it off afterwards. And if you see ants, get rid of them with Taro or homemade borax and sugar solution.
