  3. You use loads of cheese and that is not vegan… And by the look of them, what you use doesn't seem to be either… Or maybe you are bleesed with crazy brands where you are (drop names PLEASE).
    I have been trying all the so-called vegan cheese out there for years and none of them brings both texture and taste at the same time/with the one "cheese"… Butter is a bit different as we have a brand named "Flora" here that is a very satisfying vegan butter… but not made to be cooked… So yeah, your recipes look amazing and I will try other ones (did one so far, kind of potatoes fritters with a salsa… And without parmesan then) but makes me feel like they won't be the same and/or as good, as mine will be 100% vegan.
