


I am attempting to achieve weight loss. I've tried everything from carnivore to fasting and am skiddish of carbs. But the reason I think I stay inconsistent is because I lack the balanced meals and end up eating the wrong things. Walked 3 miles today. Active calories so far 578. Someone tell me im on the right track. Daily goal 1500 cals, protein first, 10k steps, 3x week Strength Training, Mindful stretching activity/sunlight. Supplements are lions mane and high quality electrolytes.
