    3. Turkey, hash brown, cheese and apricot jelly
    4. Korean meatloaf sandwich with kimchi
    5. Eggplant, piquillo peppers, kettle chips, and pistachio butter
    6. Caramelized onion-fig grilled cheese
    7. Turkey, bacon and brie
    8. Carne asada California burrito
    9. Italian on focaccia
    10. Italian with pesto and rosemary kettle chips
    11. Buldak crunchwrap with walnut meat
    12. Smoky, spicy fava bean tofu sandwich
    13. Triple stack BLT
    14. Carne asada burrito
    15. Grilled cheese with Peruvian pepper jelly
    16. BLTA on miche
    17. Turkey, golden tomato and apricot jam

    I wish there was a sandwich restaurant that had all of these (or any of these). Op, if you don’t have a restaurant yourself, you should at least be a menu consultant.
