Vegan peppermint patties, smooth velvety yumminess!

This is such an incredible recipe!! I followed it exactly!

they melt in your mouth, sweet and perfect amount of peppermint flavour. My family can’t get enough!

I used semi/sweet Enjoy-Life brand mini chocolate chips 🙂 I literally had to double take the bag to make sure they were vegan, it tastes so good!

My non-vegan family love it too.
