Cheap veg week ahead of Christmas means roast veggie soup ahead of the big day. There's also flaked smoked haddock in this just mixed in.

Soup? Is that not more akin to a dip? Also,

I already trust it. It looks like a b rated version of vodka pasta sauce, but i already know it tastes amazing just by looking at the texture. U nailed it bud 👏

This looks good but this is “soup”???? It looks like whipped cream texture lol

Better if you chucked in some barley or put this over egg noodles it would be booted off this subreddit. Sounds fantastic.

  6. That in no way looks like soup, looks like a dip.

Do you boil it with some water to make it soup?

  8. Suzarain

I read the ingredients and it sounds delicious but the texture is fucked ❤️

This sounds like I could eat it during the days I have difficulty swallowing, because it is thick. Healthy too! Reminds me of some meals from a buddhist cookbook I have.

Add like 1 cup of veg broth just to thin it a bit😩

Not to be a dick, but where is the soup?

EDIT: Just read some more of your responses OP. I get it, sounds great, bet it tastes great.

I’m still not sure if it’s soup though?

Maybe we need a new category or name for “soup” so thick you can eat it with Chopsticks?

Not dissing you here – I’d totally eat that. But maybe you have made a new food classification?

Actually…… add a wee bit of melted aspic in and make a terrine!!!! Line a bread mold with plastic wrap and then dump it in:) serve chilled with some cucumber and dill salad, and a few roasted cherry tomatoes. You could also do a light saucelike a remoulade, but that might be a bit much. Whaddaya think???
