After a year and a half into the journey with a Bambino plus and DF64v2, I used a nice bonus to swap the BBP for a Bianca v3 and upgraded the knobs to walnut to match the kitchen. Pricey add on but worth it. My wife was skeptical of upgrading but now loves Bianca. Great machine and it looks amazing. Very happy with the switch.
Also wanted to give a shout out to the cat vac in pic 2. It is from Barnes and Noble of all places. Thought it was cute and figured it would be terrible at sucking up coffee grounds. It's actually good! Great little gadget. Charges with USB. Worth the $25.

I’ve been using the Bianca for some time now, and it’s a wonderful machine. One of the first things I learned about it was that the steam and hot water valves could be turned off by not turning them to a full stop with any force. They shut off when they pass a certain point when rotated clockwise. Not sure what they call this type of valve, but I need to be very gentle with them.
Love the cat, just ordered one!
