The holidays are here! And between Hanukkah, Christmas and Kwanzaa, there’s lots of celebrating to be done this week. My family always enjoys a meal with seafood on Christmas Eve, and I plan to prepare a big breakfast in advance to keep everyone fueled on Christmas morning.
