Today I’m going to teach you how to make a delicious and so simple bread dipping oil. It is packed with flavor and it’s the best dipping oil that I’ve ever had. Let’s get started. Okay, so I have three heads of garlic here. Place them in a little piece of foil. Drizzle them with lots of olive oil and sprinkle with a hefty pinch of salt. Close the package up. These are going to bake in there or roast in there covered for about 30 35 minutes and just open up that foil packaging and put them back in the oven for another 15- 20 minutes. Go ahead and squeeze the cloves right out of the heads of garlic. Next, I’m going to add plenty of really good quality olive oil to this. Season with a little bit of salt. I like to add lots of dried oregano to this, some crushed red pepper flakes, and then I finish it off with a balsamic glaze. All you have to do is toast up some [music] bread and serve this.
