Homemade, first time posting here

A mid afternoon homemade fry up, with poached egg. Made potato rosti / hash brown for the first time (turned out amazing, dont think I will buy ready mades again). No mushrooms or fresh tomatoes at home unfortunately and weather is too miserable to leave the house today 🙂
