    Gonna go against the grain here, but I’m a lean meat kinda guy. I’d sooner have a sirloin or fillet than a ribeye. I’d actually rather have a nicely aged chump/rump steak. I cook it with the fat, but I cut that off when I’m eating it.

    Horses for courses. My son loves fatty meat, and that’s fine. It’s just not for me.
