I volunteered to make beef on a bun for my companies annual safety meeting/Christmas party. I have 125 pounds of Alberta beef, raised by another one of the employees. Did the first 30 pounds today. Best part of the deal is my boss bought me a meat slicer so I dont have to hand slice it all.
