    The cold doesn’t bother me. But the hurricane force winds with zero humidity are enough to keep me away from my grill.

    I usually throw in the towel when it’s colder than negative 10 and hotter than 30 Celsius.

    I can be convinced to push the envelope on the cold front, but absolutely fuck standing over lit charcoal in the depths of summer.

    That’s perfection. We had a grill built in next to our fireplace. We used it all winter.

    Grilling in winter is one of the best times to grill! Something about the cold makes it feel extra satisfying.

  14. im in a warm climate but winter is the best time to grill. 110 degrees and hot all night in the summer is when its hard
