Damn. This was perfect. I walked the Camino de Santiago through Galicia, Spain in 2021 and this reminds me so much of pulpo a la gallega. Incredible 🙏

JG does a really good job with octopus. I feel like there’s not that many companies that really nail it (CdC and Wildfish being the other two that leap to mind) but JG is definitely one of them.

I currently have a tin of JG octopus in tomato sauce sitting in the cabinet. Not 100% sure how to eat it. Definitely open to suggestions if anyone has them.
