    I recently posted a wall to wall pink steak which got so many comments saying perfect. Your crust looks better than mine was so I’m going to say yours is even more perfect.

    When you’re able to produce a great quality steak at home, is there really a reason to go to a well known steakhouse other than you may not feel like cooking at home? Unless it’s for specific cuts that you haven’t mastered but even that is just a moment of time before you do.
