It’s going to make a lot of caplet. >> Capeti, and we’ll make the square ones, too, and we’ll show you those. This is what we’re making. Little hats. >> All right, Mara’s going to show us her technique in making a capoi. Just going to wet the edge. And then she’s going to get a little tiny pinch of the filling. You fold it over. Make a triangle. Good. Seal the edges. Now you wrap it around your finger. And then you make the little brim of the cap. It’s a little tiny hat. Good job, Mara. You made all those. >> Look at this. Her little finger is perfect. So here we are. We finished making the capalleti and we had lots of helpers and thank you for watching us and we can’t wait to cook them on Christmas day. Thank you.
