Lorenzo always delivers but they really outdid themselves this time. This one deserves to be in the hall of fame for LA sandwiches. Crispy pork skin, incredibly succulent meat, arugula, that soft spready cheese and a good drizzle of high quality balsamic on their super fluffy bread. It was perfection and worth the $30. 10/10
