  1. Visual acuity no longer adequate to accurately validate claim.

To quote Sweet Brown, “Ain’t nobody got time for that!”

How was it? Seems the ratio of sauce to meat to pasta would not be right.

They should give you just a big icecream scoop of ricotta

I’m not gonna lie, that looks amazing . I’d try to fit that whole thing in my mouth.

Just face down on that thing

Visually looks nice, I wonder if it would taste even better with a thicker (& glossier) pasta/lasagna sauce. Flavors look lite.

No ricotta layers? Otherwise I would crush that. Now I’m craving lasagna at 8 am.

Impressive, when I make lasagna my pan dips out at about 24 layers.

Looks a lot like a crepe cake. Obviously meant to be indulgent and a treat. Seems like it would just melt in your mouth which idk if I prefer to a more toothsome lasagna, but it looks extremely well executed.

Na, I’ll stick to my 99 layer lasagna, thank you very much.

Reninds me of the lasagna we used to serve at a restaurant I worked at. It was marketed as having “x” amount of layers, but in reality we just took 2 squares and piled them one on top of the other, add cheese on top and stove for 5 minutes lol. Was a pain to try and make it stand on it’s own when we removed the toothpicks.

  12. I accidentally read that as “hundred year”. Looks delicious!

I watched a restaurant in New York make a lasagna like this on TV. I always wanted to try it to see what the ratio tastes like.

This is like the GIANT burger thing. Looks cool but how tf do you effectively eat that without it just turning into a mess?

There’s a math problem with 100 layers, I find it hard to believe, really.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d eat this af, but the sauce does look a bit thin to me on the plate. Seeing that much water collecting tells me it needed a little more simmer.

Portzia’s? Love that place super thankful to live in the neighborhood

If this is the DC restaurant, I’ve had it and I’ve got to say it unfortunately just tasted like truffles to me. Every Christmas Eve for my entire life my mom has done a 5 layer lasagne with Braciole, sausage, and meatballs. I don’t know if it’s a me thing but the 100 layer lasagne just tasted too “samey”? No different texture or flavors just the strong brown sauce and that was it.

Definitely not a hundred layers. There is like 15 noodles which means there is a same approx amount of sauce layers, and same approx amount of cheese layers.

Looks like you got robbed, i don’t see more than 20 layers there.

  21. Trick421

If you slice a very thin slice right along the sides, you have spaghetti!

  22. I counted 14 layers of pasta. That’s an old lasagna!

  23. Noodles are too thick. That isn’t true 100 later lasagna. Still looks good though
