Looks amazing, was this practice for Christmas Day or you having it early this year?

How’d you cook the tenderloin? Am planning on doing one for Christmas.

Had the in laws and my parents down the weekend before. We travel up there during the holidays. Fifth year we’ve done the tenderloin tradition at our place.
Cook time varies but this year about an hour or so.
250 for about 45 min give or take. Then quick flipping it over 600+ until it finished. This year I used Blanco from Meat Church and rested with a garlic herb butter I whipped up. Thankful for another great year to celebrate with my family. Cheers!

Looks good, would get more consistent cook throughout with even color doing indirect heat
